Memes used to be random internet jokes that popped up occasionally but now they're a dominant part of online culture leading to games like Obunga The Game. In case you're not familiar with all the memes, the website 4chan contributes a lot of unusual and seemingly nonsensical memes to the internet some of which end up becoming widespread. One of them is a distorted picture of former US President Barack Obama shown with an elongated face and enlarged eyes that people began to refer to as "Obunga". Someone took this image and made a horror game around it.

How to Play

Some memes are relatively easy to explain or can be understood the moment you see them while others need some more context. This meme in this kind of game may confuse the average person. The image of Obunga is one you don't expect to see on a daily basis, putting it on a similar level to "Big Chungus" which is just an image of round and portly Bugs Bunny. It's unclear whether Obunga was made for the purpose of scaring people or it was just a random distorted picture someone decided to share.
